Charming Elephant
A bright, spectacular elephant will be made from roses; for a girl, pink is better, and for a boy, choose a blue tint. This wonderful three-dimensional craft is made of corrugated paper.
Prepare:
- corrugated paper, blue (pink) and beige;
- cardboard;
- 2 balls of different sizes (can be replaced with food foil);
- cardboard paper towel rolls;
- packaging of toothpicks;
- glue, maybe a glue gun.
The product is made of twisted paper roses, each made on 1 toothpick. Step-by-step actions exactly according to the scheme:
We string the rose one at a time onto a toothpick and secure it well under the flower with thread. Then we stick our roses into the balls - these are the elephant’s head and body.
We connect two balls in roses, at the level of the tummy 4 beige roses.
Let's move on to the elephant's legs - these are rolls. We cut them off and glue beige paper onto the empty space. We get the sole of the elephant’s foot; on the sides there will be pink paper with curly edges.
We wrap it on a roll and glue pink paper in a circle.
We cut out the ears from cardboard, glue pink roses in a circle on top on the back side, a pink rim on the outside, and a cream color on the inside.
We make the elephant's trunk from a tube, or from a large twisted newspaper. Cover with pink paper with curly edges.
Large eyes of 2 colors should be drawn on white paper and glued to the elephant’s face.
2 more cream fangs made from twisted paper.
The result was a funny elephant, blue for the boy.
Materials and tools for work
The following auxiliary materials are required for the master’s work:
- Satin ribbons.
- Scissors.
- Threads, needles.
- Glue.
- Metal wire.
- Templates for flower petals.
- Felt and filler.
- Iron.
- Candy (for a sweet bouquet).
To create original greeting bouquets you will need wrapping paper.
Gift decoration
Corrugated paper is often used as a decorative packaging material due to its enormous benefits. And its most important quality lies precisely in its waviness. Such a shell can be easily expanded, smoothed, and given the desired shape if necessary.
Corrugated paper is also used for decorative elements on the packaging. These are flowers, sweets, all kinds of figures. Don't discount the presentation of the gift, since it is what first catches your eye. DIY packaging will definitely surprise your loved one.
Corrugated paper is a material that allows you to realize any, even the most fantastic ideas.
Multilayer petals
Now you will learn how to make life-size flowers with your own hands using this technique. Compared to the others, they look the most artificial and cartoonish. As a decor for a children's party, it is an excellent choice, but for a wedding or corporate event, something like this already sounds dubious, only if it does not resonate with the main style. Always remember that any decoration should harmoniously complement the overall spirit of the event.
You need to prepare a template. No special drawing skills are needed here: just draw a flower with leaves expanding outward. It is better to make three or more such templates of different sizes, then the result will be more realistic. On a large sheet of corrugated paper, you need to circle and cut out these blanks, and then put them on the wire one by one.
Daffodils
You can celebrate the arrival of spring as grandly as the New Year festivities. Try to create a wreath of snow-white paper daffodils - it’s not a fact that warm weather will come faster, but the spring mood will certainly appear!
You will need:
— Thick paper of yellow and white color; - Cotton buds; — Yellow food coloring (or drawing paint, yellow felt-tip pen); - Scissors; - Glue or tape.
How to do:
1. Dissolve yellow food coloring in a glass of water. Cut one end of the cotton swabs and dip the rest in the dye. You can color the cotton wool with paint or a felt-tip pen. Leave them to dry. 2. To create the petals, cut out a square from white paper. Then fold it into a triangle 3 times, similar to how snowflakes are folded. Trim the outer edges (make either round or pointed petals at your discretion) and open the flower. 3. Cut out a circle from yellow paper and roll it into a cone. Secure the tip with glue or tape. Use a sharpened pencil or the sharp tip of a cotton swab to pierce the center of the flower. Insert the cone and a cotton swab into the hole formed, secure the structure with tape.
Daffodils are ready! You can stick them on a circle of foam or cardboard and get a very beautiful spring wreath.

Original stand for Easter egg
There are quick easy paper crafts.
Prepare for work:
- cardboard roll;
- colored corrugated paper;
- glue;
- decor (flower, beads).
Stages of work:
We make a low stand from cardboard (roll).
- Bathroom tiles. What is it like?
- Angorka. What it is?
- Flowers as gifts.
Cut a wide strip of colored corrugation. Glue it in a circle to the cardboard. The free edges will freely cover the edges of the roll, as in the picture.
The inner part can now be filled with pieces of soft fabric, lace or organza. You can put a soft wire to hold the egg.
Paper flowers, beautiful beads, etc. are suitable as decoration. The stand is ready!
Bouquet of white flowers
A great gift for your beloved mother or grandmother are cute flowers that will never fade. Delicate decor will delight the hearts of your nearest and dearest women for a long time. It is best to place such a bouquet in a tall vase that hides the stems.
You will need:
— Several sheets of thick green and white paper; — Long skewers or thin wooden sticks; — Liquid glue; — Gold glitter or glitter glue; - Scissors; - Pencil; — A spatula or a dull butter knife.
How to do:
1. Draw a five-petal flower on paper, then cut it out and use it as a template for other flowers. 2. Draw as many colors as you want on the back of the white sheet. For our bouquet we made 9 flowers. Therefore, we drew and cut out 9 flowers for the green stem and another 18 for real flowers. 3. Now you need to make the flowers voluminous. To do this, use a spatula, butter knife or wooden stick. Draw a fold line from the center of the outer edge of the petal to the center of the flower. There should be a total of 5 folds on each flower. Fold the flowers along the fold lines. 4. Make one cut on each stalk - from the point between the petals to the center. It will be possible to fix the flower stem in it. 5. Connect the parts: squeeze a drop of glue into the center of the stalk and fix a white flower on it, and another one on it. Please note that the petals of the top flower should be located between the petals of the stalk and the other flower, respectively. 6. Also apply a drop of glue to the center of the top flower and sprinkle it with glitter (or just use glitter glue). Once the center is dry, gently shake the flower to remove any excess glitter. 7. Glue three-dimensional flowers to the tips of thin wooden sticks. Ready!

Funny chickens
For Easter or other celebrations, a simple craft made from chocolate eggs is perfect. Chickens are easy to make with a preschooler.
To work you need:
- yellow corrugated paper;
- chocolate egg;
- cardboard;
- thin wire;
- satin ribbon;
- yellow threads;
- ready-made eyes for crafts;
- scissors and glue.
The baby can do the main work, and the mother can direct the actions.
Stages of work:
Cut out rectangles from yellow corrugated paper, with 1 slightly larger than the size of a chocolate egg. The other two are 10x3 cm.
Wrap the egg in yellow corrugated paper and gather the edges at the top of the figure.
Secure the edges of the corrugation with thread (wire). Trim them, there should be a beautiful, even tuft. We tie it with a thin ribbon.
We make the wings from rectangles; we need to twist them on both sides. Then tuck the chicken inside and glue it to the body. They must be voluminous.
From cardboard (preferably scarlet), cut out and glue a beak and stable legs connected together.
Glue the finished eyes to the craft, if the chicken is a boy, glue a small black bow under the beak. The girl has a bow on her crest.
Funny chickens look great on a holiday table for Easter and other holidays.
