Material used in work:

Water glass
We cut out rectangular strips from chipboard so that they are the same size.
Then we paint the blanks yellow (we use acrylic paints for this)
After the blanks have dried, apply a pattern (Gorodets painting) to each of the parts with a simple pencil.
Then we start painting the pattern. This will require green, blue, red, black and white.
We start painting with the petals, they are painted green. For accuracy of work we use a synthetic brush No. 0.
We wait for the green color to dry, after which we proceed to the next stage.
Then we take red paint and use it to decorate flowers and circles.
When the red color dries, proceed to the next stage.
To do this, take blue paint and decorate the remaining circles in blue.
After all the primary colors have dried, we begin to refine the details of the painting. For this we need white and black paint, a synthetic brush with a thin tip.
We use white to clarify the flowers, circles and leaves, adding dots, droplets and strokes on the flowers and circles. We are waiting for all the elements to dry.
We complete our painting with black paint. Using it we design curls and leaves.
Let our paint dry. Then we make a hole in the upper part of each part (using a drill)
. We coat our parts with varnish on both sides and let them dry for 24 hours.
To complete the work, use a satin ribbon. We insert a ribbon into each of the parts and tie a bow.
The ratchet is complete and ready to use.
