Crown made from peat pot and cardboard roll

And these materials are definitely available in every home.

You will need: a cardboard roll of foil or baking sleeves or film, possibly toilet paper, paint, a washcloth, stones and sequins for decoration, a mustache clip, a hot gun or superglue, a paint brush and a pen.

Its production is very similar, with a crown made from a cardboard roll, so we will not give the second description.

  1. We draw peaks on the crown so that we can see the necessary cutouts.
  2. We paint with white paint, it’s better to take acrylic, we need to paint our future crown inside and out;
  3. We cover it with golden paint so that our crown looks like a real one, we use a sponge for this.
  4. We decorate with rhinestones, beads, sequins, then glue a hairpin for fastening.

When making from a cardboard roll, you need to make a bottom. Leftover rolls are perfect.

  • Place the crown on cardboard or any thick paper. Draw a circle according to the shape, but you should get 2 circles. One is equal to the diameter of the crown, and the second is 2-3 cm larger.
  • We cut out in a larger circle and make cuts, right up to the second circle, we bend these sections, we glue them inside so that the bottom holds tightly.
  • It is extremely important to glue inside, because... the outside will look less aesthetically pleasing, so make sure that you don’t get confused and that all the tails of the bottom are inside.
  • The remaining points are similar.

Description

Previously, it was believed that the tiara was an accessory only for men. In ancient times, women did not wear such jewelry. Then it was customary for Roman kings and Greek gods to wear a diadem on their heads.

What is the significance of the name of this decoration? Diadem is a word that comes from the Greek term "DIA", which was the name given to the headband worn by priests in Greece. Hera, the goddess of family and marriage, was often depicted with this decoration.

Nowadays, a crown (tiara) is also used as a decoration on a wedding veil. The tradition of using the tiara as a wedding crown began in the fifth century. From the beginning of the 17th century, such decorations became popular at balls and receptions. Noble ladies loved to complement their outfits with this accessory. Sometimes the first letters of the hostess’s name were laid out on such decorations.

Nowadays a tiara is an adornment available to everyone. Girls prefer to wear tiaras at proms and charity balls, and little girls love to wear homemade children's models to their schools and kindergartens. Little kids often ask their parents to buy jewelry. However, you can do it yourself. Moreover, the manufacturing process is quite easy.

Tools and diagram required

For work we need copper wire 1.5 mm and 0.5 mm, a hammer, an anvil, side cutters, pliers, beads, beads and jewelry.

The first thing we start with is thinking through the details of the future tiara (or crown). We draw sketches of all parts and details.

For the central part, we make an element from a piece of wire 24-25 cm. We need to make droplets along the edges, for this we need to take borax, dip the tip of the wire into the powder, and bring it to the gas burner, a droplet will form quite quickly. The same trick can be done without borax, but the droplet will have to be sanded well so that it does not remain uneven. After this procedure, the wire has darkened, you should boil it in citric acid, pour water into a pan and pour a bag of citric acid into it, do not bring it to a boil, after some time the soot will go away. If desired, you can simply beat off the ends with a hammer rather than making droplets. Then we continue to work according to the sketch, bending the elements. Add volume to the curls using a hammer.

Do it yourself

A handmade tiara is an original decoration. This accessory will suit any little princess. So, how is a tiara made for girls? Now we'll tell you. To make a children's tiara you need: wire (4 mm thick), multi-colored beads, a metal hoop, wire cutters.

You need to cut 80 centimeters of wire. A large bead should be attached to it and a loop should be tightened. Then you should make a spiral of wire, and secure slightly elongated petals around it. At the end, twist the wire a little and attach a large bead in the form of a tamer. All the petals must be braided with a thin wire, on which small and medium beads have been pre-strung. In the same way, you need to weave two more small flowers

Now you need to decorate the hoop. The first step is to screw on the small flowers.

Now you need to carefully secure all the elements and wrap them with thin wire. Then all that remains is to straighten the flowers, and the wire tiara is ready.

Master class on creating a bracelet from beads, beads and rivoli

Pin It

Hello dear friends, welcome to the first spring MK. Today you will learn how to create a bracelet in a soft blue color from different beads and Rivoli crystals.

The bracelet consists of rivoli, which we braid in such a way that it turns out to be a square “cushion” and they are connected to each other into any decoration of your choice.

For example, in class we only make a bracelet, but to demonstrate the principle, I also made earrings and a pendant. This way we got a set in the same style.

We will learn this principle in today's lesson.

We analyze the bracelet in detail in the video master class. I made the earrings and pendant separately, so I’ll look at them in more detail so that you can repeat them too if you want.

Earrings

The earrings are the same padded Rivoli, but of a slightly smaller diameter, with pendants made from ordinary beads similar to those in a bracelet.

for the pendants I chose large drop-shaped beads to match the Rivoli

Pendant

A pendant is two sizes of rivoli plus pendants. As you can see, everything is simple, if you understand the principle, you can experiment and create a design at your own discretion.

We've looked at the decoration, and now let's look at the material for the lesson

Material for the lesson

For the lesson, to create a bracelet we will need

  • Swarovski crystals: round for the centralized element No. 14 mm and the rest No. 12 mm (smaller is possible)
  • Czech beads: No. 10 white and blue
  • Miyuki beads: blue matte round No. 15
  • Cutting beads matte 6 mm blue
  • Blue transparent faceted beads 3 mm
  • Lock, bead threads and monofilament

Video

Thank you for your attention! I hope you liked the lesson and you will make a bracelet or even a whole set! I would be very interested and pleased to see the fruits of your labors.

Wedding decoration. How to make a tiara with your own hands

This tiara is worn on the forehead. Any bride can make such an accessory on her own; you just need to have a chain, earring, or necklace.

You need to put a drawing of the tiara on a napkin and cut out a model of the decoration. Cover the product with rhinestones, and use brocade to make a frame for the stones. It will turn out beautifully and reliably. Having finished with the brocade, you need to make holes for the stones and make a pattern of beads around the outline. A hoop is put on the bottom under the brocade. A wedding tiara should be strict and feminine. It is desirable that it matches the dress.

Crown Snowflakes made of felt - a simple master class

Necessary tools and materials: Felt; Ruler; Scissors; Pencil and paper; Hot glue gun; Rubber; decorative elements for decorating the crown.

Step-by-step instruction:

  • Measure the volume of the child's head. The finished crown should be approximately 1.5 cm smaller than the size of Snowflake's head.
  • On paper and draw the shape of a crown. Transfer the template to felt, previously folded in half, and cut it out.
  • Add decorative elements to the front side of the felt crown: beads, sequins, rhinestones, etc.
  • Unfold the workpiece, insert a pre-cut elastic band and glue the two halves of the crown together.
  • All is ready! Snowflake can try on her New Year's crown.

DIY tiara for prom

Greek style decoration is perfect for prom. The manufacturing process will not take much time. You need to stick pebbles on the small rim. At the same time, string several beads and leave them hanging. If you style your hair appropriately, this tiara will look absolutely stunning. She will please any girl. All that remains is to choose a suitable outfit in the same style and you can shine at the prom. You need to remember that a well-chosen decoration is already half the success.

DIY foamiran snowflake crown on the rim step by step

Suitable only for girls who want to be snowflakes for the New Year, take part in a prom or a photo shoot. Necessary tools and materials: several sheets of foamiran - plain or colored; stencil; non-writing pen; glue; scissors.

Step-by-step instruction:

  • Attach a stencil to the material.
  • Circle with a pen or awl.
  • Make a pattern, bend the piece into a ring, secure the edges with glue or glue it to the rim.

You can make two layers, then the crown will be more stable.

Manufacturing

  1. The first stage of weaving. You need to weave exactly nine pieces of shamrocks with 3 beads, one with four. Collect the trefoil petals in one chain. This must be done in a certain order. First there are 4 trefoils, on which three beads are strung. Then a shamrock in the center. Then you need to repeat 4 trefoils with three beads.
  2. Decoration assembly stage. The ninth trefoil, on which there are 3 beads, needs to be attached to the central petal. The design will be reliable only with a common green cross for all leaves. To make the tiara look more beautiful, you need to add decor to the right and left sides of the product.
  3. Final stage. It is necessary to create a strong frame for decoration. To do this, beads should be placed on the iron wire for the entire length of the product. Then you need to attach this frame to the tiara using thin wire. Align all the links and you can start fitting. The DIY tiara is ready.

Do-it-yourself crown made of beads and beads on a headband - making a crown for Snowflake

Necessary tools and materials: Czech beads; beads; wire; base for the rim; tools; containers and devices for beads.

Step-by-step instruction:

  • String beads and seed beads onto a thin wire to create beautiful flowers that act as peaks.
  • Wrap the flowers around the base, secure them at the bottom, and align them so they don’t fall.
  • Align the crown to the volume of the child's head.

How to choose decoration?

If you buy a tiara, it is better to choose a model made of white metal, for example, white gold. You need to wear the accessory like a headband, directly in your hair. It is advisable to buy jewelry that already has teeth. This will be an additional fastening so that the tiara does not fall off.

The tiara should be the only active decoration. Large massive necklaces, earrings or bracelets do not go well with it. It’s worth giving up even rings. If you want to complement the tiara, then you need to do this with the help of miniature jewelry. Mini earrings or bracelets will do.

In modern fashion, the tiara has taken a place of honor. Many famous designers use tiaras in their collections. Using rhinestones from a small open crown, the image of a real princess is created. The designer has a chance to show his imagination. This decoration can be created in any way.

Foil crown

To create such a crown, you need a roll of baking foil, tear it off and make voluminous rolls, creating a ring, then attach the top to it.
The foil bends well and maintains its shape. In addition to the crown, you can make other signs of royalty.

It’s very easy to add new parts or entire units, the only disadvantage of this material is that if it’s compressed too much, it’s very difficult to straighten it out, but we recommend using everything you have at home and decorating it in 2 layers, giving it a “silver” look.

Hairstyle and tiara

As for the hairstyle, it is important to remember that bangs cannot be worn with this decoration. It would be better if it was removed. The absence of bangs will make it possible to highlight the cheekbones. Most often, hairstyles for the crown are made from long hair, combing the curls and transforming them into a beautiful updo or perm with playful curls.

The tiara looks amazing if you let your hair down. Tiaras look elegant on curls collected in a high hairstyle. The decoration will look good on hair that is gathered in a bun at the top and with a curl hanging down. The main thing is that the hairstyle emphasizes the beauty of the product.

Tiara crown

We will need: an old tiara, a mesh with sequins, tulle in 2 densities of blue and white, a snowflake, scissors and threads, a sewing machine.

  1. In order for our snowflake to be fixed and stay on the tiara, it is necessary to make a hard backing from tulle.
  2. To do this, measure the size of the snowflake, applying it to the tulle and make a cut with a margin. From the resulting piece we make a dense, dense assembly either with a needle or with a machine. The denser the base, the better, so we make assemblies frequently.
  3. The resulting volumetric part will not suit us; we need to make it flatter and evener using an iron with the tulle or guipure mode.
  4. We adjust the blue tulle onto white.
  5. The third layer is a thin white tulle, it will be the background for the snowflake. Therefore, we lay it in an uneven fold and then attach it.
  6. We cut off the lower uneven edge of the tulle, then glue the tiara to it on top, thereby covering the seam. Glue using a hot gun.
  7. Similarly, glue a snowflake in the center.
  8. We cut off all 3 layers giving the crown a shape similar to a diadem. We move from the sides to the center, where our snowflake is located. Check that it is symmetrical.
  9. Then use an iron to add volume and fluffiness to the back layer.
  10. The fairytale princess's crown is ready, it's time to try it on and go to a ball or matinee at school or kindergarten.

Face shape and tiara

If a girl has a square-shaped face, then it is best to choose a tiara strewn with stones along its length. Ladies with a triangular face are well suited for jewelry that is evenly shaped and has no sharp edges or hills. It is recommended to pay attention to models with a floral pattern.

Women with an oval face can choose any style of jewelry. However, an asymmetrical headdress will look unusual. To make the oval of the face appear more elongated, round-faced ladies need to choose tall tiaras with sharp edges. Any lady will be able to choose her own special piece of jewelry. It will turn a simple girl into a real princess.

What, like a tiara, best decorates a girl’s hair on the eve of the holiday! Let's look at how to make a wire tiara at home with your own hands.

Lace crown

We starch any lace you like or grease it with PVA glue (or rubber glue), let it dry, paint it with acrylic paint and give it the desired size (put it on a jar or bottle).
What to do if you don't have lace?

Take a closer look, perhaps there are some lace curtains or an unnecessary blouse with openwork elements. This will do too. You just need to cut out the desired openwork element of the required length and then everything follows the algorithm, so don’t worry, even if this piece is stained or stained.

The advantages of this crown are its simplicity and accessibility, the disadvantage is the time it takes to dry. The video will teach you how to make a lace crown:

How to make a tiara from wire with your own hands: “Eastern”

This tiara model can be used not only for festive balls and carnivals, but also for special occasions such as weddings or engagements.

Copper wire thread with a diameter of one and a half millimeters, copper wire thread with a diameter of half a millimeter, hammer, pliers with round ends, side cutters, beads, beads, anvil, artificial small roses, decorative gemstone (Golden Drop), schematic drawing.

Consider a master class on making a tiara.

The production of this product occurs in the following stages:

  1. To begin with, you need to prepare a diagram of the future tiara: draw it yourself or use the proposed diagram (see above);
  2. Now, we prepare the wire parts, following the resulting diagram;
  3. The curls should be made separately from the rest of the tiara;
  4. A hammer will help add volume to the curls;
  5. In order for the wire thread to form small drops, we will perform the following trick: one side of the wire (more precisely, the sledded initial part of the wire) must be lowered into borax powder; We bring everything to the gas burner. After a drop has formed, the wire must be removed from the drill and boiled in a solution of citric acid. There is no need to bring to a boil. After waiting a little, the carbon deposits on the wire will disappear;
  6. We continue to work according to the scheme;
  7. In order to make a towering part, you will need a wire thread fifteen centimeters long and one and a half millimeters wide. It is necessary to make two such parts;
  8. We bend these parts in half to obtain a triangular shape;
  9. We trim the edges of the triangles with curls;
  10. The resulting triangular shapes and curl are wrapped with wire thread (about eighty-five centimeters will be needed);
  11. We bend the top curls;
  12. Thus, it is necessary to weave all the other details of the diagram, observing all thoughtful bends and protrusions;
  13. Don’t forget to attach beads and beads in the right places;
  14. At the very end, you need to place a golden drop on the glue, which is the center of all other decorations! The wire and bead tiara is ready!

Tiara "Snow Maiden":

To make this model of tiara we will need: eighty centimeters of wire thread; snow-white beads of various sizes; small silver beads; small snow-white beads; thinner wire thread; scissors; hair hoop made of metal material.

Let's look at how to make this tiara at home with your own hands below step by step:

  1. Take a wire thread eighty centimeters long. At one wire edge we attach a medium-sized bead, securing it with a wire loop;
  2. Below the attached bead, you need to turn the spiral and form five flower petals;
  3. The remaining wire thread should be twisted into a spiral and decorated with large beads;
  4. We braid the flower petals as follows: thread small beads onto a thinner wire thread. We decorate the petals with the resulting thread, wrapping them around;
  5. In the same way, it is necessary to make two flowers of a smaller size;
  6. It is necessary to attach the made flowers to the hair hoop (small ones first, large ones after);
  7. All that remains is to arrange all the details to your liking. The tiara is ready!

Instead of hair hoops, many needlewomen make a headband from wire thread. To do this, cut the wire of the required length in double size, fold it in half and trim the wire ends with bent curls. If desired, such a rim is trimmed with droplets (for information on how to do this correctly, see the text above).

The finished base can be decorated with beads and beads as desired, following pre-made sketches.

Use your imagination and then everything will definitely turn out indescribably beautiful!

The production of models of some other tiaras can be seen in the video below.

Step by step description

For the central rising part you need 15 cm of the same 1.5 mm wire. Bend in half. We try it on to the central part and leave 1.5 cm for curls at the edges. It is better to cut off with a margin.

Wire crown. DKR 2015

Next, we connect the elements, braiding them with 0.5 mm wire. You will need about 85 cm of wire. We start from the middle, braiding it 3 times, then to the sides.

By the way, in the photo above you can still see the uncut ends of our curls. To make the work look neat, we pull this tip back a little so that we can get to it with side cutters. Using a flat cut of the side cutters, we cut off the tip a little diagonally, then the curl can be beaten off a little with a hammer, it’s better to beat it off from the wrong side, so that if you can’t beat it off smoothly, the flaws won’t be visible on the front side. It turns out this curl:

And using the same method we bend the upper curls.

Next, according to the sketch, two new parts are needed. First twist a small curl, applying it to the base of the tiara, and then a large one. This took approximately 10.5 cm of 1.5 mm wire. Then the curls need to be given volume by beating with a hammer on an anvil, and now, another part of the tiara is ready.

We wrap small elements with wire.

Next on the sketch is one more detail. We do the same as the previous curls - we use side cutters to bite off the even, slightly beveled tip of the wire, without cutting off the curl from the skein. and wind it onto the rough so that you can immediately see how much wire is needed and bend the already wound wire according to the shape of the sketch.

Here we have such a detail. It took 17 cm of wire with a diameter of 1.5 mm.
