Cucumber costume for a boy made of fabric (The structure of tissues of living organisms is studied by the science of histology)

In order to create a suit from fabric (The structure of tissues of living organisms is studied by the science of histology)

we will need:

  1. Greenish tissue (medical system of cells and intercellular substance, united by a common origin, structure and functions)
  2. Needle
  3. Sewing machine
  4. Little time and imagination

We will sew a fairly ordinary suit. The trousers are sewn according to a regular pattern, without undercuts.

We insert elastic bands into the waistband and bottom.

We will cut the cape on the base of the shirt, increase the shoulder slopes and round the bottom.

We cut the hat based on the size of the head plus 2 cm on the St. fit. Divide the resulting measurement by 6, cut out a petal with a height of approximately 20 cm and when cutting it onto fabric (The structure of tissues of living organisms is studied by the science of histology)

duplicate it with non-woven fabric (later I had to adjust it to the head itself - it’s better to cut out a little more) with the calculated width.

Bias tape in color in half, stitch it without turning it inside out, pull it all over the wire and sew leaves at one end (we cut out two mirror sheets, duplicate them with interlining, glue them together with the tail, and process them with a zigzag like embroidery).

Finish the cape and the bottom of the cap along all the cuts and cuts with bias tape in the same color.

You can create embroidery on the theme of a cucumber, but be sure to glue interlining under the embroidery so as not to pull it off (the pimples are thermal rhinestones).

As a result, we will get one of these beautiful and amazing costumes

Costumes of the world. National clothes of the Chukchi.

The peoples of the North who live far from cities and today wear national clothes. The Chukchi are no exception. The costumes retained elements of the past, the materials and finishing methods also remained the same.

Chukchi clothing is made from leather and reindeer skin, which makes it warm and durable. The shoes are made from seal skin. The main thing for the people is to dress warmly and comfortably, since the main occupation is reindeer herding and hunting.

The costume must include a deerskin jacket. In winter, clothes are worn in 2 layers: with fur in and out. The collar of the jacket is wide, which is tightened with a rope made from tendons. The bottom and collar are trimmed with dog, wolverine or arctic fox fur.

In addition, the jacket has a belt that secures knives and other equipment.

Kamleika is a kind of raincoat. The cape is worn over outerwear. In ancient times, they were made from the throat tissue and intestines of sea lion, walrus, and seal.

In summer, men wear trousers made from seal or deer skin. They wear lamb fur underneath. In winter, clothes are much warmer. Stockings are also worn underneath; they are also made from deer fur.

How to create a suit for a boy

Take a sheet of paper and pencils, draw at least approximately the future suit. There may be a huge number of options, but one will be constant. This is the greenish color of the outfit!

How to sew a suit base

The most common suit is a double-sided cape in the form of an apron . If you are comfortable with a sewing machine, then you can easily cope. Any material will do: regular cotton, lining silk, and even an old satin bedspread. If only it was a suitable color.

For work you will need:

  • a piece of tissue (the structure of tissues of living organisms is studied by the science of histology)
    and green threads;
  • scissors;
  • tape measure;
  • belt braid;
  • underwear elastic.

Cape

  1. Make a cape pattern. It is necessary to measure the width of the shoulders of the future “actor” and decide on the length.
  2. Fold the tissue (medical system of cells and intercellular substance, united by a common origin, structure and functions)
    in half.
  3. At the fold of the cut, set aside the shoulder width.
  4. Cut out the neckline. And on the back, make an elongated cut so that the head just goes through.
  5. Attach a belt to your waist.

Trousers

  1. Use your child's old shorts as a base.
  2. Make a pattern using them.
  3. Along the side lines, add 15–20 cm for width.
  4. Sew the parts of the shorts together.
  5. Insert elastic bands at the waistline and into the hem of the panties.

Wide, charming pleated shorts are ready!

How to decorate the base to create a look

Let us recall the distinctive features of a green vegetable:

  • curled mustache;
  • leaves;
  • yellowish flowers,
  • tail.

Accordingly, these details, if worked on, will add believability and recognition to the suit.

Pimples

From tissue (The structure of tissues of living organisms is studied by the science of histology)

cut out circles of greenish color.
Place pieces of padding polyester in the center. Using a needle and thread, lay a basting stitch along the diameter of the circles. Pull the thread tight and secure. You will get a soft ball that will act as a pimple.

Advice . To create “pimples” you can also use glass beads or buttons.

Twisted mustache

Sew thin greenish ribbons of fabric (The structure of tissues of living organisms is studied by the science of histology)

.
Place the wire inside and sew up the incision. Simply twist the wire form into a spring and fix it on the suit.

Flower, leaves and tail

These elements can be created from tissue (The structure of tissues of living organisms is studied by the science of histology)

, felt, paper
. It is better to attach them to a cap (we will tell you about it below). But the costume itself can be decorated with yellowish inflorescences.

Headdress for a cucumber costume

A headdress is one of the main accessories in a cucumber outfit.

It is advisable to create a hat from the same material that was used for the pants and vest. Although you can create just a cap . To keep the shape stable, line it with padding polyester. Decorate with decorative elements: flowers, leaves, tail.

If you find a hat or cap of a suitable color in your wardrobe, naturally, use it. You can use a felt cap for a bath. Paint it in a suitable color, decorate it with additional elements from a flower to curly antennae, and the hat is ready.

How to create a suit without sewing

Not comfortable with a sewing machine? Don't have enough time? There are a huge number of options, so to speak, “express methods” for creating formal and themed outfits.

We offer several methods.

From ready-made clothes

If you have clothes of a suitable color: tights, shirt or turtleneck, shorts, vest. Very lucky for you! Make a suitable set for the holiday. Ready-made clothes can be complemented with ready-made gadgets. Place beads, glass beads, and buttons on clothes so that they imitate pimples . Sew them on carefully so as not to spoil the clothes. After all, after the holidays, you will remove the decorations, and the clothes will return to the wardrobe.

Advice . You can purchase a ready-made cucumber sticker that you can attach to your hairband. This gadget will look great in place of a hat.

From paper

Whatman paper and corrugated paper will come to your aid! 1 or 2 rolls will be enough.

  • paper;
  • tape measure;
  • scissors;
  • glue;
  • wire;
  • paints and brush.

1st option

  • Draw a frozen centimeter from the baby's right hand to his left. Put this distance on whatman paper.
  • Draw and cut out holes for the arms.
  • Roll the paper into a cylinder shape. Put it on the child and glue it according to the figure.
  • The cap is made in the same way, in the shape of a cylinder or cap.
  • All you have to do is color the paper blanks the color of a cucumber. If desired, draw pimples, flower stalks, leaves or morning dew.
  • Using a wire, make a tail to the top of the hat, having previously covered it with paper.
  • Corrugated paper perfectly decorates the product, the main thing here is your imagination! From it you can create leaves, flowers, additional folds and frills, which will not only decorate, but also diversify the image.

2nd option

Another, most simplified option, without a pattern.

  • Draw a mirror image of two similar cucumbers on whatman paper.
  • Color using all your imagination and skills.
  • Once the paint is dry, attach the vegetables to a neutral colored t-shirt.
  • Place one cucumber on the back and the other on the stomach.

Autumn fungus is a favorite children's holiday character

A mushroom costume is, indeed, one of the most common outfits for a children's autumn party.

The most important thing about it is the hat. There are a great many options for its manufacture. The simplest one is to cut out a circle from colored material or cardboard and, folding it into a cone, fix it with a stapler or glue (if you took cardboard, then paint it according to your idea). The radius of the circle is approximately 45 cm.

Fly agaric hat

To work you will need:

Cut out a circle from red fabric (see figure above). The width of the circle is taken arbitrarily, but not more than 50 cm.

We randomly sew cotton pads onto the fabric. Sew the edges of the product from the inside out.

From white fabric we make a circle of slightly smaller diameter than the previous one. Both pieces, leaving a hole of about 2-3 cm, are sewn together with their right sides facing each other. We fill this hole with padding polyester and sew it up.

We make small ribbons. You can put a white organza ribbon along the edge. This will give the hat a fluffy look.

A fly agaric hat can be made from polka dot fabric. And to make a basic suit, use white satin or twill.

Boletus mushroom made of papier-mâché

To work you will need:

Watch how to make papier-mâché paste in this video master class.

We tear the newspaper into small pieces. Using paste, glue half of the ball with these pieces. Paste it in several layers.

We are waiting for it all to dry well.

We also make small pieces of white paper and cover half of the ball with them again.

Let it dry thoroughly.

We deflate the ball. We trim the edges evenly and cover them with brown paint.

We make a circle out of foam rubber, leaving a slot for the head. We put the foam circle into the hat and fix it.

The top of the hat can be decorated with leaves and mushrooms made of colored cardboard.

Not a gloomy cloud at all

A rain cloud costume would look perfect for an autumn matinee. Especially something so unusual and funny.

To work you will need:

We make the main attribute of the costume - a cloud hat.

We take a hat and a large amount of cotton wool or holofiber (it can be taken from an old unnecessary pillow or blanket).

We paste the hat with large flakes so that our cloud turns out fluffy and beautiful.

Now let's make raindrops. They can be cut out of blue or blue felt or other dense material that you can find at home (drops can also be cut out of colored cardboard). Glue threads of similar color to the cut out droplets.

We will make a kind of garland from them and attach it to the hat.

This is how our rain cloud turned out.

Girl's suit. Arkhangelsk province.

The girl's costume of the Arkhangelsk province consisted of a sundress, a shirt with “bridal sleeves” and a headdress - a crown.

One of the most important elements of a girl’s festive clothing was an elegant sundress. Bright orange circles on thin silvery branches are scattered across the blue field of the printed sundress.

Shirts were made from homespun canvas - linen or hemp. Shirts could be one-piece (sewn along the entire length from single panels) or composite, as in the costume of the Arkhangelsk girl.

The maiden crown of the Arkhangelsk girl is decorated with a gold-embroidered pattern, pearls and pearl mesh. Such precious crowns and headbands were ordered from special craftsmen who knew how to sew in gold and thread with beads and pearls.

Woman suit. Olonets province.

A white shawl, a headdress, a shugai with a sundress, and pearls make up a woman’s costume.

Sundress with sugay warm silver-beige color. Shugai could be an outerwear or a maid's, long-sleeved home wear.

The Kargopol kokoshnik is embroidered with mother-of-pearl, silver and gold threads and pearls, the pearl mesh underneath goes down to the forehead, almost to the eyebrows. The white calico board is decorated with a large gold embroidery pattern, the corner going down to the back is especially richly embroidered. On the neck of the pearl there are many rows of small freshwater pearls.

Costume of a betrothed girl. Vologda province.

A sundress with a “bouquet”, a patterned warmer with gold trim, a thin white shirt, a kokoshnik-borushka embroidered with gold and silver threads with a scarlet top, a neck decoration and a shawl embroidered with gold and silver flowers - this is the festive outfit of a young wife from the Vologda province.

The scarf tucked into the straps of the sundress is white with a scarlet ruffled strip of fabric along the edge. The same gathered stripe adorns the shirt at the wrists, and a wider one adorns the apron, tied under the chest. Under the apron is worn a printed sundress made of dark blue fabric with a hem trimmed with yellow ribbon and a strip of red gathered fabric.

On the head there is a bandage with a cap, which could only be worn by betrothed girls. The braid was tucked into a cap attached to the bandage. On the headband, stylized trees are embroidered with gold threads - thin stems with leaves.

Woman suit. Yaroslavl province.

The women's costume of the Yaroslavl province consists of a shirt, sundress, soul warmer, kokoshnik and veil.

The silhouette of the kokoshnik resembles the pointed frame of the window of one of the most beautiful churches in the city. The herbs on the kokoshnik are embroidered with gold threads, and it is decorated with small river pearls. Kokoshniks were made rigid from glued or quilted canvas (sometimes cardboard was used for the base) and covered with silk, brocade, satin, and velvet.
