For the first time, it is better to choose a bouquet that is not too overloaded with details.

To make a bouquet with treats - candies on a frame base, you will need to purchase the following materials:

"Raffaello";
thin skewers or toothpicks;
a piece of foam;
sheet of cardboard;
narrow tape;
glue gun;
corrugated white paper;
as well as decor: beads, rhinestones, satin ribbons, tulle.

First, make the base of the bouquet. Cut out a hemisphere of the required size from polystyrene foam and cover it with white corrugated paper. Glue a cardboard tube to the bottom of the foam - this is the handle of the bouquet.

Cut out a circle from cardboard, the diameter of which is equal to our hemisphere. Cut a hole in the middle of it. Cover this ring with decorative paper or tape. Decorate the handle with the same paper and ribbons. Now glue this circle from the bottom of the base to the foam hemisphere.

Take the candies, pack each one in a small cellophane bag, and glue it to a skewer or toothpick. Dip the skewers in glue and attach the prepared “flowers” to the base. Glue artificial flowers, beads, and rhinestones on the sides in a circle. An amazing and sweet bouquet from “Raffaello” is ready!

Topiary from lollipops

By analogy with the process of creating the previous product, you can also make a sweet tree from candy canes. It’s even easier to make such a ball of candy with your own hands, since lollipops are sold already on a stick, so you don’t have to additionally attach the sweets to skewers. And the cost of such a gift will be lower due to the relative cheapness of the components used. To make a sweet tree, you need to follow these steps:

Stick lollipops in a circle into the foam base-ball, leaving a small space at the bottom for attaching an improvised barrel.
Attach a stable stick to the resulting crown that will not break under the weight of the candies.
Place the tree in a pot and fill it with foam.
After the contents of the container have dried, decorate the product with ribbons, fabric, rhinestones, buttons, acrylic paints or any other elements.

To make the composition more stable, decorative pebbles can be placed under the trunk, which will add weight to the structure.

Bouquet for the bride using organza

Nowadays, themed weddings have become fashionable: American gangsters, sweet love story, retro, etc. The bride at this event does not appear in a classic white dress, but in some interesting image that matches the style of the wedding. In some cases, a bouquet from “Raffaello” can take the place of the bride’s bouquet.

To create such an unusual accessory, we will need the following materials and tools:

"Raffaello";
white organza for floristry;
cardboard;
atlas;
thin wire;
corrugated paper (white and green);
satin ribbon, guipure, ribbon;
glue;
scotch;
toothpicks;
a piece of foam;
scissors;
beads, rhinestones.

Master class 2. Topiary made of artificial flowers

Topiary made of artificial flowers can become a permanent decoration of the dining table, display cabinet, coffee table, or mantelpiece. Moreover, in most cases it is better to make two identical trees at once to create a feeling of symmetry in the interior. And topiary made from artificial flowers is a great idea for a gift or wedding decoration.

Materials:

2 pcs. artificial hydrangeas or several other flowers;
Base ball with a diameter of 10 cm;
Acrylic paint to match the colors (for painting the ball);
Foam brush-roller;
Clay pot;
Trunk (this project uses a trunk and a pot from a factory topiary);
Cotton ribbon in contrasting colors;
Glue gun;
Stationery knife or awl;
Side cutter or wire cutters for cutting the wire base of flowers.

Step 1. First paint the ball with paint to match the colors and leave it to dry.

Step 2: While the ball is drying, separate the flowers from the “stems.”

If your flower has wire “stems,” then leave tails about 2 cm long from them. Use a side cutter or wire cutters for cutting.
If the flowers don’t have wire, it doesn’t matter. Cut off the “stems” at the root so that you can simply glue the flowers on later.

Step 3. Mark on the ball the place where the trunk will be attached and begin gluing flowers, maintaining an equal interval between them. It is desirable that the petals overlap each other so that the ball under them is practically invisible. Leave the area near the place where the trunk is attached without flowers.

Attach the flowers on the wire to the ball in the following sequence: creating a hole for the “stem” - filling the hole with a drop of glue - planting the flower all the way (see photo below).

In this master class, the flowers were distributed in a checkerboard pattern with an interval of approximately 2.5 cm.

Step 4. Make a hole in the ball for the trunk with an awl/knife, fill it with glue and attach the topiary according to the recommendations of Step No. 4 of our Basic Instructions. Next, glue one or several leaves at once to the base of the crown as shown in the photo below. In our master class, the hydrangea leaf was additionally fixed in the desired position with a pin.

After this, decorate the empty area near the trunk with flowers.

Step 5. Place the topiary in some kind of fixative mixture and decorate the “soil” (see Step 5 and Step 6 of the Basic Instructions). The final touch is a bow made of a wide cotton ribbon, tied on the trunk just under the crown.

Practical part

So, we present to you a master class on making a bouquet from Raffaello for the bride. You can see the photo above.

First we need to make a base out of foam and cardboard. How to do this has already been described in our article.

We cover everything with white paper and wrap the handle with a white satin ribbon. We cover the bottom cardboard circle with satin fabric and glue it to the base from below. We decorate the base with guipure, beads and rhinestones.

Now let's move on to the colors. You need to cut out rose petals from white paper. For 1 rose you need to prepare: 2 wide leaves, 2 parts containing 4 petals (we make them from a rectangle, cutting out the leaves 2/3 of the width, the edges need to be rounded) and 1 part of 5 large petals.

We begin to form the petals. Those that are wider must be stretched in the center. In the details with four petals, we stretch them, making the edges wavy. And in details with five petals, we stretch the central part and curl the edges.

Now let's try to collect a flower.

We wrap “Raffaello” with two large petals - this will be a bud. We take the blanks with four petals and wind them around the bud, laying the paper so that the petals overlap each other. The part with five petals must be attached in such a way that the leaves overlap at the base of the flower, the edges of the petals must be unfolded.

We screw the finished flower to a toothpick with a thin wire. Cut it out of green paper and attach the sepals. We do the same for the rest of the roses and assemble our bouquet.

We attach all the flowers to the base, distributing them evenly. The remaining gaps can be filled with floral organza, decorated with beads and rhinestones. A wonderful bouquet from Raffaello for the bride is ready!

Bouquet "Pineapple"

It’s even easier to create such a gift; you just need to read the description. The original pineapple will delight you with its appearance for a long time.

Let's take a champagne bottle and wrap it in organza. We begin gluing “Raffaello” from the bottom, moving in a circle. We glue the next row, moving the candies a little so that there are no gaps. We stick the candies up to the neck. From here we will begin to construct a rosette of leaves from dark green crepe paper. We continue to cover the base with candies. After we finish with the candies, we decorate our pineapple. To do this, we will take beads, cabochons, rhinestones, and ribbons.

Making a wonderful and original gift with your own hands is not at all difficult - if only you have the desire. But they will remember it for a long time, because this is not a banal box of chocolates bought in the nearest store!

Convenient material at hand

The most famous type of candy tree of happiness is the lollipop topiary. In appearance, it is very reminiscent of a candy counter in a supermarket, but it is extremely simple to make and will be especially useful at a children’s birthday party. Chupa Chups is a material that is perfectly suitable for making topiaries from candies. After all, these lollipops are initially already on sticks, so there is no need to come up with a means of attaching them to the base ball. Topiary based on lollipops is a convenient and attractive means for the birthday boy or girl to distribute sweets to child guests at a festive celebration. And at the same time it is a bright interior detail and a wonderful gift.
